Imran can be a Hampshire star

IMRAN TAHIR made an impressive debut at Notts and could well prove a surprise package for Hampshire.
That's the opinion of teammate Jimmy Adams, writing in his weekly column in this week's Hampshire Chronicle.
"Imran was registered to play for Yorkshire last year and a few of us played against him a few years ago in the 2nd XI when Sussex, worried about Mushtaq's fitness, showed interest in him," writes Adams.
"He has all the tricks, his career record is very impressive - all he needs now are some turning wickets and the batters to provide him with some runs to play with."
