SCRAPYARD: Following on from last week's piece about the Environmental Agency scrapyard complaint number of 0800 807 060, I understand from a resident who called at 5.45am, having been woken by lorry traffic and, again, the next day, at 1pm, because of the excessive noise, that the line is fully staffed and that it welcomes as many calls as needed, any time of day or night.
