SNAP up your tickets now for the appearances of some contemporary - and classic - comic stars at The Anvil this autumn and winter.
Dylan Moran brings What It Is to the venue on Sunday November 16 at 8pm. Dylan, the star of Black Books, Shaun of the Dead and Run Fat Boy Run, is back with a brand new show.
Moran's legendary stand-up rants have sold out across the world cementing this unkempt wordsmith's reputation as one of the foremost comics of his generation.
Two Mock the Week regulars pop in too, Russell Howard on September 20 at 8pm and Frankie Boyle on November 25 at 8pm.
With over one hundred sold out tour dates to his name already, Frankie is on the road yet again, performing all the best bits in his hit solo live show.
Everyone's favourite squeaky-voiced comedian, Joe Pasquale, comes to the venue on October 16 at 7.45pm, whilst fans of Maria and Captain Von Trapp should make a date to Singalonga Sound of Music on September 26 at 7pm.
Classic laughs will come courtesy of The Best of British Variety on September 14 at 7pm, when Cannon and Ball, Paul Daniels, Frank Carson, Jimmy Cricket, Brotherhood of Man and The Krankies will all be in town.
Tickets and further information for all shows is available from the box office on 01256 844244 or online from www.theanvil.org.uk
