Joining the Team
On commencement of employment you're placed on an induction programme which supports and integrates you into the nursery team. On successful completion of your induction, you will be encouraged further to enhance your own development, take on additional responsibility and training.
If you have a desire to work in childcare but have little or no experience, we also operate Modern Apprentice programmes, which will support you in achieving NVQ Level II and III in childcare.
