Detached home comes with upgrades

IN THE past few months, a Barratt-built home in Basingstoke's Hatch Warren has been upgraded with replacement double-glazed windows and had wood-laminate flooring laid in the family room.

An archway divides two of the reception rooms, one of which has a feature fireplace and the other French doors opening out to the patio and garden, which has a pond.

A garage conversion has created a third reception and the large driveway boasts plenty of parking for several cars.

The detached house, in Highwood Ridge, has cream units in the kitchen, which are integrated with an oven, a hob and a dishwasher, and there is an archway through to a utility area.

Both the en suite and family bathrooms in the four-bedroomed property (pictured right) have been refitted.

The vendors, who are relocating due to a job change, are marketing through Barons with an asking price of £299,950.
